We look forward to welcoming you from 2:00 PM onwards. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 AM. We will do our utmost to accommodate early check-in requests, subject to availability upon your arrival.

Certainly. Our guests are welcome to entrust their luggage to us both prior to check-in and after check-out, allowing you to enjoy your final hours in Cortona with ease.

Our staff is at your complete disposal 24 hours a day, ensuring assistance and security at any time of the day or night.

To offer you maximum flexibility, unless otherwise stated in specific promotional offers, reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival. For “Non-Refundable” bookings, the full amount of the stay is required at the time of confirmation.

The local tourist tax is €4 per person, per night (applied for the first 4 nights). Children under 12 and specific protected categories are exempt. Please note this tax is not included in the room rate and is to be settled directly at the hotel.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners). Bank transfers are accepted provided they are received at least 3 working days before your arrival. Cash payments are also welcome at check-out.

Each room is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring independent climate control, a safe, minibar, hairdryer, desk, television, and telephone. For your relaxation, we are pleased to provide a tea and coffee making set upon request.

Our hotel is housed within a historic palace in the heart of the city. While an elevator is available, the original architectural layout includes some wings accessible only via stairs. We invite you to contact us in advance so we may assign the most suitable room and ensure you receive proper assistance.

Start your day with our breakfast buffet, featuring a selection of Italian, Continental, and American delicacies. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM (extended until 10:30 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

While we do not have an on-site restaurant, our privileged location places you just steps away from the finest dining in the historic center. Our staff will be delighted to recommend and reserve a table at a restaurant tailored to your preferences.

We offer a private on-site garage at a rate of €30 per night. As spaces are limited (7 in total), we highly recommend booking in advance. Valet service is available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Alternatively, the free public parking at Piazzale del Mercato is located just 300 meters away. You may drive to the hotel entrance to unload your luggage before parking.

The hotel is located within a restricted traffic area. To ensure a seamless arrival, please provide your license plate number and car model in advance; we will authorize your transit for the duration of your stay. Please note that authorization is strictly for the access gate at Via Guelfa.

We are delighted to welcome families. We can provide an extra bed (€20/night) or a cot (€10/night) in most room types, with the exception of Single rooms, Economy rooms, and the “La Terrazza” and “La Torretta” Suites.

Your four-legged companions are welcome. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene for all guests, a €25 final sanitization fee applies. We kindly ask that pets do not enter the breakfast room.

For a moment of absolute relaxation, our wellness area is available upon request (minimum 24-hour notice). A 2-hour private session for two people is available for €80. We recommend checking availability prior to your arrival.
