Pero es parte de la experiencia de estar en un lugar así. El personal muy amable, el desayuno adecuado. El pueblo es bonito pero no hay mucho que hacer, lo tomamos de base para visitar Assisi, Pavia y otros cercanos. No hay estacionamiento pero te ayudan en cierto horario von un valet. EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A very lovely hotel 🏨. The vibe of the hotel is olde worldy. The rooms are comfortable with a good amount of space. Bed 🛌 was firm but OK. The room had tea and coffee ☕️ and a kettle but no mugs or teaspoons. A bit weird. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice hotel, a bit expensive but in the heart of beautiful Cortona. Very old building with lots of stairs, mini stairs and hallways. Getting lost is not an option. 😀 The room was fine but especially the bathroom was a bit outdated. La nostra era ben insonorizzata. Nella stanza affianco c’era un neonato ma non abbiamo sentito nulla. Dormito con la finestra aperta ed era tranquillissimo. Ottima la colazione. We had no issues, the place was clean and the staff were friendly. The social areas and lobby was very nice. If only the weather was warmer during our stay; the little courtyard looked like it would be lovely! The loft room we were in could use an update mainly just for style, and mostly in the bathroom. Splendida l'ambientazione e le sale comuni, ottima la camera, spaziosa e nello stile dell'ambiente. Ben fornite le prime colazioni. Personale gentilissimo, anzi di più. My only complaint was a lack of hot water in the shower two of the four mornings I stayed at the hotel. The room was great and they helped get our luggage to our room.
