EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had no issues, the place was clean and the staff were friendly. The social areas and lobby was very nice. If only the weather was warmer during our stay; the little courtyard looked like it would be lovely! The loft room we were in could use an update mainly just for style, and mostly in the bathroom. Our room was comfortable with a kitchen area and outdoor terrace that had amazing views of the valley beyond Cortona. We chose this room but there were also large common areas in the hotel where you could sit and read. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful. All spoke english.
