The staff are outstanding and they go above and beyond for the guests. My first night, due to delayed flights, I arrived much later than expected and they went out of their way to find a late night taxi for me from the train station. Always a smile and a hello when walking through the lobby. Clean and comfortable rooms. It was an absolute pleasure. I loved it there so much that I extended my stay for four additional nights. I am returning again the first week of November and bringing a friend with me next time! Verified Round trip through Tuscany We visited the hotel as part of a Tuscan tour. It is centrally located in cortona . The reception was very friendly. The rooms are very clean, bright and very spacious. The whole hotel is a historic building and exudes a magical flair.Verified Great Stay Great service and amazing staff.
